i was just wondering, i bought tracy anderson’s method booka nd in it it talks about no sugar kefir probiotic plain yogurt, i went to the grocery store and looked for it and the only thing i kept coming across is kefir probiotic milk smoothie, i even went on the kefir website and i could not find the yogurt anywhere. any suggestions as to what it is exactly i am looking for?
