Okay, all you 30 Day Method’ers
Here is the next ten days grocery list, via my sweet Em Em.  
And remember, it’s a lot of repeats, so check whatcha got first!

cod/halibut 18 oz (3 6oz) = 1.125 lbs

red snapper 6 oz = .375 lbs

turkey/chicken 20 oz = 1.25 lbs

  1. I’m on day 4 of the 30 day Method and so far, so good! I’ve been doing ok with the meal plan (although I think I’ve been doing it wrong) since I kind of switch things around and make sure I eat only foods on the menu on the meal guidelines. So far it’s been working for me! I started doing Tracy’s DVD’s everyday last week and eating well and between last week and this week on the 30 day Method I lost 6 pounds. I just can’t believe that it’s still like 27 days until I can eat a piece of bread or a chip! LOL
