top 10 of 2008 - Summer Saldana

Top Ten of 2008:

In no order:

1. My sisters all came together at the same time. I loved every minute I got to spend with them.

2. I had my last and final baby. And she’s a keeper too.

3. I maintained my blog and have been able to keep up my writing. I may be a little too attached to my computer because of it, but I’m writing and it feels good.

4. Taylor goes to bed and stays there.

5. Jimmy and I celebrated 5 years of marriage, and we’re even more in love than the day we got married.

6. We paid off our cars and our credit cards. We are now official owners of both our cars and we have no debt. Well, other than student loans.

7. I published an article and got paid for it. Not much, but it’s a start. Book tours here I come!

8. We got to stay in our house!

9. I found my political footing.

10. I was a Saucy Blogger with SITS.

It’s always good when a good thing (or two or three or …) happens in the year past.

Congrats on getting paid for your writing. That is always an important step. I might hold off on the book tour for a bit though!
