  1. Love the editing. What software do you use??

  2. Great video! I am on the hunt for new hair care products, so this was much appreciated. I may give the DermOrganics stuff a try. I have the coconut oil stuff from the Body Shop, but I haven’t really used it a whole lot because I don’t really quite understand what to do with it. I don’t know whether to apply it on dry places or to use it for a little bit of hold on an up-do. And it’s seems a tad sticky to me, which kind of deters me… It’s a confusing product for me, I guess. And I have psychotically curly hair, so I don’t really know if it’s even really a suitable product for me.

For my curls, I’ve been using some Garnier stuff. They have a gel/creme and then a mousse. Both worked great for a really long time. My curls were defined, bouncy, and shiny, and really soft and touchable. I thought these were the miracle products (and so inexpensive)! But then, in the past few months, my curls have decide to be really psycho, and there doesn’t seem to be anything I can do to tame them. They have WAY too much volume and they stick out. It constantly looks messy and slept on. Some people think it looks sexy (like the random guy who asked me out at Walgreens on Saturday), but I think it just makes me look slovenly. So anyway, I need something new. On Sunday (?) I ordered this curling custard (http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/catalog/productdetail.jsp?id=19411214&color=066&itemdescription=true&navAction=jump&search=true&isProduct=true&parentid=SEARCH+RESULTS) from Urban Outfitters. It received good reviews, so I’m hopeful. If it doesn’t work, I guess I’ll start trying various products from Sephora. I kind of cringe at spending a lot for my products, though. My hair is thick and long (about 4″ above my waist), so it takes A LOT of product. Oh, and I want to leave it curly. I will NOT straighten my hair (working on appreciating the way God made me + saving time in the bathroom). Probably none of this is relevant to you, since we have very different hair types, but if you have any thoughts on curly hair products, I’d LOVE some advice.

One more thing. I have this crazy love for Pacifica products (http://www.pacificaperfume.com/). They sell fragrance and body care, and their stuff is just amazing. Anyway, they sell solid perfume tins for $9, and these solid perfumes are absolutely the most incredible thing I’ve found for taming flyaways and windblown hair. They’re small and light, so it doesn’t create a lot of extra weight in my purse. They’re also all-natural! And it’s not sticky like I’ve found actual hair balms and waxes to be. My favourite scent is the Nerola Orange Blossom. I usually carry around that one, but I have six of the other ones that I rotate through, as well. I love it; it’s great, you should try it.

  3. Summer! Yayyyy!!!! Love the Summer girl! That’s you! I love your hair (obvi), and def interested in searching out these products! Oh and however you did that still shot stuff is super cool! And the kids at the end…gorgeous! Chloe has momma’s smile! In my opinion! Loves! xox!
