It’s really all about clipping coupons and keeping an eye out for sales. Ralphs has made life a little harder now that they only double coupons up to $1.00. But, you can still find great deals and save lots of money.
My aunt Candy asked me to post my “tips.” So, here they are! Keep in mind, I’m not an expert by any means. This is just what I’ve found and tried over the last year. But, I’m always up more more ideas if you have them.
Tips For Saving Money
1. Buy the Sunday Paper and pull out all the coupons and store ads
2. Look in the mail for grocery store circulars
3. Save coupons (items will go on sale usually 2 weeks from time coupons come out)
4. Stockpile items
5. Buy things on sale that you have a coupon for
6. Try to clip coupons that are at least .50 or more
7. Key things that go on sale and you get for free: toothpaste, cereal, granola bars, juice, pasta sauce
